Beyoncé has announced the upcoming release of a new single.

The 40-year-old singer will release Break My Soul tonight at midnight ET.

Beyoncé posted news of the upcoming release in her Instagram and Twitter bios shortly after revealing that she would be releasing her next album, Renaissance, on July 29.

According to a Variety report on Thursday, Beyoncé will be performing dance and country tracks at Renaissance.

The publication’s source claims that Ryan Tedder will be contributing to the album while co-writing his 2008 hit Halo.

Raphael Saadiq – who has produced music for TLC, Mary J. Blige, Joss Stone, Erykah Badu, D’Angelo and Beyoncé’s sister Solange Knowles – will also be involved, according to Variety sources.

They report that it remains unclear whether the country songs will appear as a separate album or part of Renaissance’s first issue, due for release next month.

The report came just hours after Beyoncé – who has 348.5 million social media followers – changed her Instagram/Twitter bio to: ‘Act i RENAISSANCE 7.29’.

It’s her first album since she released Lemonade in 2016 and she even hinted at the new album’s name last year.
