EXCLUSIVE: Dennis Quaid (Midway), Isabelle Fuhrman (The Beginner), David Thewlis (fargo), Josh Hutcherson (Hunger Games franchise) and Kiera Allen (the good doctor) will star in the science fiction mystery littlemouth, which went into production in the Cayman Islands.
