Luckily, a surgeon was also on board the flight and they came to replace Vasquez.

A flight attendant greeted her ‘wonder woman’ and gave her two bottles of alcohol – Merlot and champagne.

The plane then returned to Los Angeles, where doctors were waiting to tend to the passenger.

He was said to be conscious by the time the plane landed and paramedics escorted him out of the plane.

Vasquez, 37, has gained his own celebrity status since defending Depp, 59, to victory in the blockbuster libel trial against Amber Heard, 36,.

It comes the day before Depp’s team and Amber Heard’s lawyers sit down to discuss the final details of their $8 million libel win against the actress.

If they can’t reach an agreement tomorrow, Judge Penney Azcarate will deliver the jury verdict on June 1 and Depp and Heard will have to pay each other the damages ordered.

The two celebrities defamed each other in the June verdict, but the cards fell considerably in Depp’s favor.

he was awarded $10.35 million in damages from Heard, while she only received $2 million in damages from Depp. In all, Heard owed Depp $8.35 million.

Heard later admitted through his attorney that he could not afford those millions in damages, and a day after the verdict, his representation said he would appeal the verdict.

Her tone on the matter has since been mixed, however, with reports that she plans to write a ‘tell it all’ book to earn money to pay damages.

A source close to Heard said she was ‘bankrupt’ and not ‘in a position to turn down money’.

They said she ‘considers her Hollywood career over’ and ‘has nothing to lose’ after a disastrous few months.

A lawyer for Depp, Benjamin Chew, indicated that there could be a settlement option on the table.

Speaking on Good Morning America earlier this month, Chew said Depp may agree to waive damages against Heard in exchange for her not appealing the case.

“Obviously, we can’t release any attorney-client communications, but as Mr. Depp testified, and as we both made clear in our respective closings, this was never about money for Mr. Depp,” Chew said.

“It was about restoring his reputation, and he did it.
